The Miami Dolphins fell apart on the field Sunday, but the front office apparently won't self destruct this offseason.

According to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, executive vice president of football operations Bill Parcells will return to Miami next season and not exercise an escape clause in his contract.

"Bill's going to stay," owner H. Wayne Huizenga said, according to the newspaper. "He told me [Friday] he's going to stay. He said he likes it here."

Yeah I don't understand why he would leave. He's got something nice going on there and plus living in Miami? Sounds like a win to me.

Its a pretty sweet gig, someone else has the stress of coaching, someone else has the stress of managing the cap. All you have to do is advise both and seek talent, plus get millions of dollars and live in paradise with no state income tax.

Why? Because he never finishes jobs. He turns them around like no other... but doesn't finish the job off.

He hasn't won a SB outside of NYG... and that was in the 80s.
