Thomas: Rams hesitant about drafting "three technique" Okoye?

wouldnt mind tyler if we traded down a bunch, still liek the idea of Pat Willis or Tedd Ginn though

I would hate to see the rams waste a 2nd round pick on a RB. There has to be a FA that we can grab and be a productive back for us. Have they signed Stephen Davis or is he gone.

I still think if Okoye is there, they should pounce on him then look for a NT like Paul Sololai (sp) from Utah or Quentin Echols later on in the draft.

What about Darius Walker from Notre Dame. He would be a good back on the second day.

You guys would be better off drafting Okoye if he's there than anyone else, because more than likely if he's available at #13 he will be the best player available, and fills a weakspot on the Rams defense. Even if they were to use him out of position for a little bit, it's not like La'Roi Glover is anywhere near his prime or even good enough now to not consider upgrading. I can't imagine anyone else St.Louis might take 13th if Okoye were available.

my bad. but yea i'm starting to warm up to the idea of having okoye. I personally don't think we can go wrong with our pick. The way we've been adding players during the linehan era, it seems like they know what they're doing.
