Shut the **** up. We all know that there is no way in hell Henderson will end up at Iowa. Stop posting your garbage in this thread about Iowa involving themselves with recruits they simply have no chance of getting.

That info is only coming up because Iowa is winning. If they keep winning they'll be in the mix. Fall back into obscurity and only the 3* from the midwest will care.
Henderson called Miami's coaches after we started out hot...he wants to go to a winner.

I just don't see Henderson going anywhere besides Notre Dame or USC.

When is the last time Iowa has won National Title? When is the last Offensive Lineman that has went in the first 2 rounds? I don't think he wants to go to a school that puts lineman into the draft as late round picks and isn't a consistent National Title threat year-in-year out.
Not saying Miami is right now, but next year and the year after, we are going to be.

You want me to grow up because I want you to chill the **** out with your ignorant, homer posts?
What oline tradition do you exactly have? Since you have one prospect this year at oline that may be a 1st round pick, you are under the impression you have some great tradition of getting players to the NFL?
I will garuntee you that Henderson will NOT be going to Iowa. Iowa will not even make his top 3. I will leave this board forever and never come back if he does.

You've been here for five months Superman.
Iowa has put two offensive lineman into the pros a year since Ferentz started coaching. We're top five in total offensive lineman in the NFL behind Michigan, USC, and Boston College. Just saying.

Sorry but thats just bull.
Just teams I checked of the top of my head
USC 5
BC 7
ND 9
Michigan 7
Miami 6
Ole Miss 6
Florida State 7
Oklahoma 6
Texas 9
Iowa 6
LSU 8
So not only is it not true, the teams you claim to be behind are wrong leading me to believe you made it up.

Looks like Yanda, Wiegmann, Mattison (although he plays for the Ravens), Steinbach, Olsen, Goff, Gallery. 7.
I was under the impression Mike Elgin, Rob Bruggeman, and Lee Gray were still playing.
Doesn't mean he's not strongly considering Iowa. He most certainly is. It's nothing to scoff about.

mattison is neither on the ravens nor is he drafted as an offensive lineman (a DEnd). He is on the ravens practice squad however but I dont feel like checking who is on what practice squad

Mattison was signed as an OL but then moved to DE in training camp. But yes, he is only on the practice squad.
There have also been about 3-4 other OL drafted under Ferentz but aren't playing now.

Bruce Nelson, Ben Sobieski, Pete McMahon, Ben Cronin.
Mattison played DE in college, grew into a DT, and was moved to OG.

It doesn't matter how many lineman you have in the NFL in backup roles to Henderson, I'm sure of it. To think that he would take an Iowa offer, over schools like Notre Dame, USC, Oklahoma, Ohio St., etc is an extreme degree of homerism and ignorance.
What makes Iowa SO much better than those other schools? I find it hard to believe the coaching is better. I find it hard to believe the winning tradition is better. I find it hard to believe that you bring something to the table that a USC or Ohio St doesnt.
Edit: Not to mention the exposure he will get going to a big time program.

Quick! Name me the last USC or Ohio State OT to do something in the pros under Carroll or Tressel. Winston Justice, who's been serviceable at RT for the Eagles, is the only one I can think of. While I don't think Henderson ends up at Iowa, it's not like USC and OSU are pumping out OTs with regularity.

Just because a recruit doesn't really seem interested or would think they would go to a school doesn't mean they won't end up chosing them. Those are the ones you need to watch out for. Eric Shrive for Penn State last year is a very good example. He NEVER mentioned Penn State from what I remember, and he surprised us all by going there. Not saying this is the same situation, but it does happen.
That said, I think Henderson goes to USC, Notre Dame, or Minnesota.

I think you can leave ND out of that list though, would love to see it happening but unless ND wins this saturday it will never happen and even then he still will prolly go to usc or osu over nd

An ND squad with a victory over a highly ranked USC team would probably vault up Henderson's list.
However, there have been rumors floated before about Seantrel having academic issues and not being overly interested in his studies. That would doom ND's chances more than anything.
