Its always the little words that **** me up, ask me to spell something that should be difficult, I got it no problem, then a stupid 3 letter word will ruin me.

Haven't played in a while. But if it were a serious question, and possible to do so, yeah.

EATW, can you dunk? See I read that if you preform full squats, where you go parallel and lower. And if you do 2x your body weight, you can usually hit rim without proper jump training.

No, I can get about 4 inches away from the rim though, I haven't tried in about 2 years though, because I suck at basketball, lol.

Monday - cleans, chest, and arms
Tuesday - Squats, snatches, lower body, back, and shoulders
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - practically the same as monday but different workouts
Friday - practically the same as tuesday but different workouts
Weekend - Rest
I basically break it down into 4 quarters each day.
1st quarter - all the heavy/power lifts
2nd quarter - hit the max machine ( http://www.maxxfootball.com/) usually 5 sets of 5, or do the prowler machine ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tQ7Vh...layer_embedded) usually 3 sets of 5 (a rep is all the way down a parking a lot or cement pathway)
3rd quarter - run for about an hour. I practice my conditioning test each day, and after that I either do sprints, agility, or long distance. On fridays I flip tires, do shoots, and practice on footwork.
4th quarter - Circuit workouts relating to that days focus on the body. So on Monday, I do curls, reverse curls, forearm curls, triceps, etc and I do 3 sets. Then I do an ab circuit after that.
Then, I hit the maxx machine again, 3 sets of 5.
OT is stretching. And then a bit before I go to bed, I do more ab workouts as well as pushups, and some light jogging to get blood flow.

Holy crap. If I did chest back and shoulders in one day I'd be in the gym for 2 1/2-3 hours

If you do compound lifts its doable.......something like bench, rows, and overhead press or shrugs. With an assistance lift for bench, not terrible. I agree its not ideal, but its possible.

when you drop the weights you'll be in the squat position. You keep the weights until you are down in the squat position, let the weights go, and jump as high as you can. then squat down and repeat. Its tough to explain.

Anyone use a heavy bag or other boxing techniques for training? I'm thinking about buying a heavy bag to use pretty soon. I trained with Rich Franklins boxing instructor a few times when I was in the best shape of my life and that stuff really kicked my ass.

Yeah I always do boxing style stuff. Heavy Bag, Jump Rope, etc. are big parts of my cardio.
