SS vs. FS doesn't really exist in the Pats D, but the addition of Chung should allow Merriweather to play the FS spot more often than not.

The loss of Larry Izzo & Kelley Washington will have a much bigger impact than people think, imo.

Otherwise the write up seems solid, though I lol'ed when I read "As is usually almost always the case" towards the end of the article. Um, which is it? Usually, almost always, or always???

While I am excited about the prospects for success next year I do look at that report and see that this offseason the Pats lost 9 solid contributors on offense, defense and special teams. If the players replacing them, ie Woods/Crable-Vrabel, Taylor-Jordan etc then it wont be a big deal.
