After the 2007 NFC championship game, I didn't speak for 3 after they lost and then the next day, a Giants fan got in my face and was rubbing it in at school the next day and I exploded and proceeded to kick the **** out of him in the school gym. Yeah, I wasn't mad at all.
for me, as well as any Packer fan, it's between the 4th and 26 play and the 2007 NFCCG against the Giants. for, me, i lean towards the NFCCG. just because we were SUPPOSED to win that game. and there were so many plays that could've won it for us. i knew going into the game that i'd either be depressed or euphoric based on the outcome. and it sucked. And, the funny thing is, i was honestly drained of emotion by the time the game ended. I distinctly remember watching the Giants line up for a short field goal at the end of regulation. when they missed, i had no reaction. didn't cheer at all. just took a deep breath and braced myself for OT while everyone around me exploded.
the Eagles game was way different. the Packers were underdogs. on the road. yeah, i got my hopes up severely when we had 'em backed up to 4th and 26. but, it didn't last. it wasn't like the Giants game where i spent a week before the game EXPECTING to win and thinking about how awesome the Superbowl would be.
the superbowl loss to Denver didn't bother me. it would've if i didn't just get to watch the Packers win the superbowl the year before. i was mad. but, the Packers were just outplayed in that game. Denver was the better team, and they just wanted it more.
side note. the vikings and packers have had a similar decade. both had 2 games that resulted in the heartbreaking end of a very promising season. i still think the viking fans have it tougher because they've never won a superbowl...and that 1998 team probably would've if they didn't blow it against the DirtyBirds. that superbowl (denver vs atlanta) was a real stinker too. Falcons never stood a chance. and if the 'queens made it, it could've been epic.
It's probably week 17 against San Diego. I knew we were gonna lose that game, but I wanted us to show some god damned heart. Instead we got bumraped and gave up like 50 points.
And week 16 against Buffalo was ***. The Bills offense didn't complete a long drive all ******* game, so what does Shanahan do? He decides to give them a short field EVERY TIME by squib kicking it. **** him. But **** McDaniels more.
that one mnf game where the bucs were up like 3 touchdowns and lost to the colts
I agree...only time I've ever cried after the Bucs lost. I even remember going to sleep because the game seemed so in the bag

There are three that stick out in my mind vividly:
The 1990 NFC Championship game against New York.
- Roger Craig just had to fumble in the final minutes of the game to screw our chances of making a three-peat.
The 1992 NFC Championship game against Dallas.
- That was probably the best 49ers team not to go to the Super Bowl from the 90's.
The 1997 NFC Championship game against Green Bay.
- I think we would have kicked Denver's ass like we did earlier in the season if we had made it back to the Super Bowl.

I thought we were destined to lose that game.. We should have ended it with that end of regulation FG! Eli led a damn good drive, and damn Tynes misses it.
Dirtybirds....To this day, I will always and forever hate the dirtybirds....
Yeah, thats the one.
