Carolina makes the most sense - remember how many times Vick embarassed the Carolina D... John Fox has had so many nightmares about him and look what Delhomme did in the playoffs last year. Vick has never had a WR like Steve Smith and with that running game; I think that makes too much sense not to happen

I remember Carolina soundly solving the Vick problem when Thomas Davis arrived.
Vick wouldn't be able to beat Delhomme out as a passer and we have three very good running backs on the roster.
Fox has also said on two occasions Vick is not coming to carolina. Carolina also doesn't have the cap space to sign another qb for a few years and doesn't want to get rid of either McCown or Moore, there's bigger issues at DT right now.
An offense that was as good as carolina's last year on the ground doesn't need Vick as well.

Maddenites would blow a big one with Vick, Williams, Stewart, and Steve Smith on the same offense. You could look at it that way at least.

I've thought this over and I'm officially rooting for the Texans to sign Vick. This is apropos of absolutely nothing, except I think it'd be a nifty fit.
They have a dynamic offense and a high ceiling defense but everyone knows they're not in line with the serious contenders right now. Vick could give them a ridiculous X-factor and push them into relevance for basically the first time in franchise history.
We all know Schaub will go down at some point. Vick might even be an upgrade anyway. Plus there are plenty of other ways to get him on the field.
Vick would let them really go crazy with the wildcat, and at this point it is so apparent there is no real market for him, that you know he would run some screens/a few plays in the slot if they asked him to. Even Vick the punt returner. Obviously I realize this would apply to any team he signs with but the Texans just have so much to gain.
I'm not saying the Colts/Titans aren't favored in that division, but there's been a lot of offseason motion and it could be time for them to make the kind of dynamic move that ultimately could help them win a few extra games and finally get into the playoffs.
Anytime he would be on the field, that's one less set of eyes on Andre Johnson, which is really all that matters to the Texans.
Damnit I just want the Texans to rise up, and I don't think that fan base will be all that hateful towards him.

Schaub gets hit late after a play, right in the knee, and everyone thinks hes injury prone. Nice.

Also the irony would be awesome. Vick backing up Schaub after Schaub was the backup for Vick? lulz.

hush. i had that stat lodged away... but... the case is, as renji and commie had said: so many qb's don't start 16 games a year, every year... and if they don't... they're injury prone...

I bet Jacksonville for two reasons.
Garrard has been struggling big time, last year and in camp this year. I do not buy that he is a long term option.
The team needs a spark, they barely fill that stadium, and Jacksonville is right in Michael Vick-country. If there is any place where he is still beloved its in that region. A lot of African-Americans in Georgia and Northern Florida love Michael Vick, for cultural reasons as much as for his football ability. They have an emotional connection to him.
