I remember seeing that now that you mention it. He deserves to be mentioned but all of the guys I put on my "roster" are actually half decent at football, too, unlike I don't know say Jason Peters for example.

Conner Barwin is a total freak, and since I haven't heard word yet that he's anything but pure Tarzan, I gotta submit his name for nomination.

To add another "white guy"... Adam Archuleta was a freak when he came out.
Another unknown... 49ers FB Moran Norris supposedly used to press 250lb barbells in each arm along with Larry Allen.

Antonio Cromartie deserves a mention, as does steve smith, not many WRs break tackles like he does.
Anquan should be on this list too.

I'll go with Maurice Jones-Drew, listed at 5'7 but closer to 5'5, he's 210 pounds and ran 4.39, these numbers are not freaky... but he is a human tank.
Any doubters can and will be shut up with this...

Ran a 5 flat 40 despite having no combine training. There were many reports that he was running 4.8's at Maryland probably could of got it down to a 4.8 with some training. Oh, and he's 6'9 340

Maryland consistenly produces players like this. All of Maryland's football players time and lift ridiculous amounts. Except the number of them that make good NFL players is far less.

Jared Gaither is going to be a top 5 LT for the next 10 years IMO.

Larry Allen benched 700lbs and watch him run down this LB from behind. Amazing play. I still say Larry Allen is the greatest O-Lineman I've ever seen and probably the most dominant player I've ever watched.

I'd like to say Walter Thomas but I don't think being an NFL player for 12 minutes is enough of a prerequisite.

Brodrick Bunkley. He is quite possibly the strongest player in the NFL right now and he runs a 5.0 40 yard dash. At the combine he benched 225 pounds 44 times. If you ever go back and watch the Eagles and Giants playoff game you will see Bunkley own the amazing interior line of the Giants, he literally throws three guys aside in the time frame of two plays. He is incredibly strong, if only he had better technique, he would be one of the best DTs in the NFL.
Also say what you want about Jason Peters but he is a freak. He is extremely big, strong and nimble. He is the best run blocking LT in the NFL and he gets out on screen plays with ease, big time freak of nature who used to play TE.
Also I would like to nominate Big Albert Haynesworth, check out his pro-day numbers: 6-foot-6, 317 pounds, ran a 4.82 40-yard dash, had a 39-inch vertical jump and an 8-foot, 7-inch broad jump.

Alright off the top of my head, top athletic specimens.
Adrian Peterson
Terrell Owens
Ed Reed
Mike Vick (in the old days)
HalotI Ngata
Nnamdi Asomugha
I'd have to include Frank Gore in this discussion as well. Two major knee surgeries, comes out had an amazng season in 2006, and has played very well since.
