Question from a Ram fan.

You should all know it's going to be about Brandon Gibson.

Anyways, what does he have to offer to our Rams? Is he the type that could be a solid #1, decent 2 or just a bubble player? And what's your thoughts on losing (Besides the fact Witherspoon is doing good for you).

Brandon Gibson was our most productive WR in the preseason and judging by his playing style I think his best position would be the slot. While I was happy to get Witherspoon, I was disappointed in losing Gibson because he looked like he had the potential to be a very solid, reliable receiver for many years. As or being a #2 or even #1, I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up starting for you guys this year but I don't know if that's what he should be doing long-term. If I had to give a comparison, he reminds me a lot actually of the eagles own Jason Avant. Decent size, good route runner and very reliable hands.

Not to mention we had to give up a 5th round pick. In the long run it will be a better trade for the rams, but how the situation was with our lb's we needed the trade.
