We are somehow still in the playoff hunt, must win out starting today. Havent won back to back games all year, hopefully we can finish out like last year.

Prediction: 20-14 Raiders over Redskins

The running game needs to step up today. The field is going to be wet and slippery and 3/4 of the Washington defensive line is out for the game (Haynesworth, Griffin, Daniels). It would be nice to see Michael Bush step up and give us a big effort.

Unfortunately, both Gallery and Satele figure to be out for the game, so we're not exactly fielding the best run blockers.

Is Langston starting for Gallery? With that huge body of his at guard he might not be half bad at run blocking. Anyway, I hope we put out a strong effort because the Skins and Browns are our best chances to get a couple more wins and stay out of the top 5.

I was going to mention earlier that McFadden looked to be closer to 100% in this game. He'll probably never be fully healthy at any point for the remainder of the season, but you could see progress. I wouldn't write him off at all.

Gradkowski looks so calm under pressure, Russell would of been rumbling and bumbling around in the pocket like a elephant.

Fargas has improved as a red zone back, last season I remember he use to get stuffed on the goal line like crazy.

So has the run blocking, which is more of a testament to Cable's scheming than the overall talent imo.

We may have a long-term answer at weakside LB. Scott is very good for a big guy in coverage. He is learning on the fly making it all the more impressive. His hips are surprisingly fluid.
