Cato June is the biggest name, but he's not that great.

What do you guys think of Nick Harper? Only good in a cover 2? Why isn't he signed?

Kawika Mitchell not a huge name but one of the better players left in FA.

Cato June is overrated but he's one of the best left and it is curious to see him still available.

Big name doesn't necessarily make someone a good player, like LaVar Arrington.

I did too and I still wish we would. I think he'd be a definite upgrade and is still young enough to come in and make a difference.
Some of the big names left are:
LB Kawika Mitchell
LB Cato June
DT Anthony Adams
DT Ian Scott
DT Alfonso Boone
DT Robarie Smith
WR Kevin Curtis
S Ken Hamlin
S Mike Doss
RB Chris Brown
LB Lavar Arrington

Good list, a lot of those guys could be nice pickups for some teams....
theres some other guys too
HB Corey Dillon
WR Brandon Stokley
LB Chris Draft
LB Edgerton Hartwell
OG Mulitalo
OG Timmerman
DE Bowens
CB Macklin
so there is still a number of quality players out there who could be starters or excellent backups.

Cato June, Ken Hamlin, Kawika Mitchell. Those are the biggest names left IMO, in no apparent order. Cato is overrated, and isn't getting very much attention. Hamlin has had some attention, vut I don't think any offers have been given, and Mitchell isn't getting too much attention either.

I really suprised we haven't heard more about the DTs so far. No huge names but some solid mid level free agents. I would love the Giants to sign Anthony Adams to a 2 or 3 year deal. Guy was drafted my anothe regime in San Fran and doesn't fit the 3-4 at all. He could make a real good 3 technique tackle for a 4-3 team.
Also Lavar Arrington says he is about a month away from passing a physical. He is going to have wait for anyone to sign him.
