That was my last spot on the roster. So it would be left to that stupid fan last vote anyway.

Haha ok. In my scenario you guys would have a chance to stuff the ballot and get him in like you did with Inge last year.

Hahaha
I know Pujols is god-like, but in addition to getting on base all the time, he is now supposed to drive himself in as well?
You say his OBP is irrelevant because no one can drive him in, but also say the blame is on Pujols. Christ man, the guy is human. He's leading the Cardnals in like all offensive categories, and is top 20-30 in most as well. Yet it's his fault the Cardinals as a team can't produce.
You really need to get a grip on things.

When was the last time he hit a homerun? He has hit just 1 in the month of may in a homerun hitters park. Someone has to give the team a spark. He is gonna get one of the richest contracts ever he needs to start playing like he wants it. I bring up the OBP because he still gets walked a lot upping his OBP. Many time this season he has gone 0/3 with 2 walks. Makes his OBP look nice but he really has not helped the team.

His slugging percentage for the month is pretty sad for a 1st baseman.

So getting on base almost 50% of his ABs = not helping the team. And it's his fault, because instead of getting on base and having someone drive him in, he should just hit a solo HR every time, so it's his fault they don't score. Rather than blame Pujols for everything, why not blame the rest of the team for playing so terrible?

Even so, I don't see how it's more Pujols's fault when he's still the best on the team in terms of production.

He's just not being RISPy enough, so unclutch.

Pujols is the face of the franchise he has not played like it. He does not need a HR everytime but there is no excuse for him having one this month. You know how jacked people get when people smack one deep? Would you rather see Pujols get on base by swinging or staring at balls? Mentally it would do a lot for the team to see him get up there and start hitting. Hes the best of a group that has been very shaky i would not call that impressive. Lead by example.

BSD, trade Pujols to the Pirates. We could use him.

Brodeur you're supposed to be repping the Rockies. Ubaldo had another great game yesterday. Get on it.

McGehee over Polanco.
Kemp, Ethier over Victorino.
Hanley over Rollins.

Listen. I understand you are venting and all, but shut the **** up. You are going to get absolutely no sympathy from anyone for having the best player on the planet.
He's in a slump. It happens all the time in baseball. He's going to put up his usual numbers. I repeat, shut the **** up. No one feels sorry for you because Albert's on your team which is a game out of first ******* place.

Well we're going by now not the future. Kemp would still have better numbers anyway.
On a side not why is Matt Wieters sucking so much O's fans?
