What are you talking about? Beltre made it, lol. Did you not watch the selection show or read anything? The following Red Sox made it:
Clay Buchholz
Jon Lester
*David Ortiz
*Dustin Pedroia(hurt, will not play)
*Victor Martinez(hurt, will not play)
*Adrian Beltre
* = Reserve

I can't believe one of the SD pitchers didn't make it either. Either Bell, Latos, or Gregerson.

I didn't watch the show. The article I read on MLB.com only listed five Red Sox players, but it is now updated.

So we're halfway through the season. What do you guys think about the Mets chances for the division or wild card? I know we need another SP but do you guys think if we add one we have a shot for the playoffs?

The Pirates haven't had a hit since the 1st inning. Joe Blanton is ******* mowing down the Pirates. I thought getting shut down by Kyle Kendricks was bad.

Ramon Hernandez (aka one of the slowest men alive) just hit a triple! And it wasnt because of Soriano fielding!

Pedro is on fire now. 7 game hitting streak. He's been on base 3 times today with a RBI single, an error, and a solo jack.
Now the Pirates have gotten 3 straight hits.

So the most overrated player in the game (Howard) made it over the MVP of the NL for the first half (Votto)?

DY with a RBI double to tie the game and Tabata gives the Buccos the lead in the bottom of the 7th!

Tabata stole second, overslide and somehow lifted his left leg over Rollins' glove then under it and back onto second.
As the Cuban Missile implodes, I thought that was a pretty slick move.

Janish lol.
His 2nd HR of the year!
Ted Lilly needs to pull himself from the game. Giving up a HR to Janish is reason to retire.

I don't know why people complain about fan voting, when they generally get it right compared to the atrocious managerial selections (OMAR ******* INFANTE?!).

Yeah you're right. By the end the fans actually get it much better than the players and managers. I'm not sure why Infante is on the team. It just makes no sense.

Anyone care to remind me how the NL DH starter is chosen. Is it just a manager's decision, aka Ryan Howard?
