Brett Jackson has looked pretty bad in AAA (but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt), and Vitters is never going to make it. He just doesn't have the power or hitting skills to make up for having absolutely awful patience. Junior Lake.........I really don't see anything there. Szczur is probably the best in the system truthfully.

What the hell is with Joe Buck this year? I mean he's been awful for years now, but he sounds like he's dreading it.

Didn't he **** up his voice or something like that? Or are you talking about content?
Either way, this Fox team is pretty brutal.

Aviles runs a bit better than I realized. Still a crap trade, but you could do a lot worse as far as utility infielders go.
Oh, and MVPsbury.

Giants are 0-17 with RISP in the series vs Philly so far.

There's something not quite right with Daniel Bard right now. He's been getting hit for hard contact pretty consistently. The velocity is there though, maybe it's just one of those things.

Ugly game for Tommy Hanson. Mets tagged him up with four home runs. :/ Braves bats are hot tonight too, though. Bourn 3-3, the red hot Constanza is in the lineup and has an RBI, and of course Freeman and Uggla have already extended their hitting streaks.

The Braves may be in a better position now...but if they dont get their **** together, they could certainly be in the same place as Pittsburgh, during the playoffs.
Luckily Arizona and San Fran have lost a couple in a row, because the lead was rapidly shrinking in the wild card race.

4 homeruns? Jesus. That's like a whole months worth for the Giants.

Coco Crisp must own himself in fantasy. 4 steals tonight, 37 total (previous career high was 32, also in Oakland)

Rick Ankiel is having one of his pseudo, bizarre, strongman hot streaks that is inevitably to be followed by 0-5 with 3K nights.

I wanted Smoak, Ackley and Pineda to look good this year and so 2 out of 3 have exceeded expectations. Just wish I had a game, where I didn't think the team would lose if they allowed a single run.
Farm system is improving a ton, esp the Pitching and lots of money coming of the books this year. Hopefully, they'll spend in the offseason.
