Yes, I liked him. Although there some sort of issue with him no one ever explained. He had a unexplained leave from the team for a month. And after that it never seemed he was going to come back. No one ever said whether it was a personal situation with himself or family, or an issue he was having with someone in the organization. My guess is it was personal. Otherwise it would have been leaked a long time ago.

Will LaRussa call a double steal with Pujols and Berkman? Will he put Lohse in left field? STAY TUNED FOR AMAZINGNESS.

It's been a great year for the Cardinals, it's really unbelievable that they are even here right now. I hope they pull it off and win these 2 games at home but if they don't hey, I'll tip my cap to the Rangers, that's a great squad.
1982 Cards were down 3 games to 2 vs the Brewers and they won the WS
1985 Cards were up 3 games to 2 vs the Royals and they lost the WS
1987 Cards were up 3 games to 2 vs the Twins and they lost the WS
1996 Cards were up 3 games to 2 vs the Braves and they lost the NLCS
2004 Cards were down 3 games to 2 vs the Astros and they won the NLCS
2011 Cards were down 2 games to 1 vs the Phillies and they won the NLDS

Lance Berkman with a huge momentum changing HR to deep center to give the Cards 2-1 lead.
What a good addition, the guy has always been a good hitter and is clearly a veteran leader whether it be quiet or loud is still good. The players in that clubhouse know the player he once was.

Call these two the chefs, they're serving up so many meatballs. The bullpen might have to decide this one.

Never mind, these guys settled down. Meanwhile, the defense has abandoned both Salas and Lewis.

U guys ready for it, u ready for it? Do the ******* Cardinals even ******* wanna be there? This is game ******* 6 of the ******* world series and we're making errors that little leaguers might not even make. Okay, maybe they make the Holliday error, but the Freese error, COME ******* ON! Ron Washington is on the front stair doing his corny **** that has been way overshown but at least he is doing something. LaRussa is just ******* standing there rubbing his ******* nipples thinking of his next ******* double switch. WHAT THE **** IS THIS? DAMN IT!

Oooooh Matt Holliday has a bruised middle finger, I'd like to give him the middle finger! I like to give blame, and its quite a lot on him. Little ******.

Despite all my negativity and all, what Joe Buck just said put things into prespective. Yeah, I am mad we are prolly gonna lose and all, but our fans gave a standing ovation on the 25th of September for Pujols thinking that would be the last time we may see him in a Cards uniform. A great run. First the Mavericks over my Heat and possibly the Rangers over my Cardinals :(.

Sorry they're gonna lose, Yoda. I wanted the ******* Rangers to lose, even if I still hate the Cardinals for beating the Tigers in '06.
