Reds lineup looking pretty much the same as last season in terms of players.
Heisey - LF
Phillips - 2B
Votto - 1B
Bruce - RF
Mesoraco - C
Rolen - 3B
Stubbs - CF
Cozart - SS
That is how I would set it up for now until Stubbs shows better discipline at the plate.
Cueto - Latos - Arroyo - Leake - Chapman/Bailey will be the rotation. I dont like Arroyo at 3 but he is getting paid so my guess is he goes there.

Yeah but who would they really be willing give up who can hit in the majors today? Otherwise, I have trouble believing either side would come to an agreement.

Back up to Mesoraco. They will probably split a lot of time early but I see Meso getting most of the starts by the end of the year.

He would be one of the best backup catchers around, however I'd have to imagine he's has some trade value, maybe for a young outfielder or something.

I hope not.
There are 2 places I hate seeing Phillips.
Lead off and clean up.
I think he is too good at producing runs to bat lead off
and it pisses me off to no end watching him corkscrew into the dirt batting clean up.
Cozart and Heisey are the best choices. Id give Heisey the shot then Cozart if Heisey struggles.

I agree.
But since we traded Grandal and let Ramon walk, we need some depth at catcher.
The only way I trade him is if Meso is absolutely crushing the ball.

I don't even want to go through what the Mets roster/lineup is going to look like. It's just painful.
