I absolutely think so. However, I am a guy who believes the who innocent until proven guilty and that a person is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. This story gives me enough doubt. Now, I don't know why a guy would want to take someone's piss with him over the weekend, but even if he was a Cubs fan (which he apparently is), I just find it weird that a person would want to do that. But hey, there is reasonable doubt, he is innocent, and he wasn't proven guilty. I am moving on. Now, if last October the Brewers won 2 more games, I'd be absolutely livid, but they didn't. I think its time to move on. And holy ****, I don't wanna **** with Braun this year. I say the Cards intentionally in the first series walk him everytime up and pitch to the corpse of Aramis Ramirez cuz dude is pissed.
Braun's case is that the chain of possession was broke when the tester took the sample home with him. It's been reported the guy kept the sample unrefrigerated before taking it in on Monday. No signs of it being tampered with. But what happens to a urine sample if it is unrefrigerated (But in a cool, dry place) for a prolonged period of time?

However they also found synthetic testosterone that could only be made in a lab. If Braun followed through completely in his defense, then he's claiming that the guy who kept his piss or his son who was his "handler" that day(I'm guessing he held Braun's ***** firmly inside the cup) were the ones who injected the stuff through the outside of the sealed packages while leaving no drip marks(it is piss and would geyser out of a pinhole) or signs of tampering.

I know this is a shock, but Grady Sizemore is going to miss the start of the season b/c of a minor back injury. I swear, if he signed with someone like Seattle or Oakland, then he would end up with his best and healthiest year since 2007.

People's career go to die in Seattle.

Oakland has been cursed for the past half decade, haven't you heard? Eric Chavez' career was over when he turn 27. Rich Harden's career was over at 24. Andrew Bailey is lucky he was traded because he was already starting to fall apart. Joey Devine, Brett Anderson and Josh Outman all had to have TJ surgery within 12 months of each other. Even rookie Jemile Weeks spent half last season on the DL. Heck, even the guys who can't get on the field like Ryan Sweeney have issues with their bodies rejecting the baseball in Oakland.
Going back further, we have had a guy hit the DL because he jarred his neck diving into a swimming pool (Daric Barton) and a guy go on the DL with eye issues because he squirt himself in the eye with sunscreen (Dan Johnson). Baseball players, apart from one magical season in 2006 with Frank Thomas, fall into little tiny pieces when they come to Oakland.

Wrong. He should have gone to the Phoenix Suns. They do wonders with injured players, why not a baseball player?
Dude if Sizemore plays 80 games this year I'd be surprised. Not really sure what Antonetti was thinking picking up that option. It isn't ******* 07 anymore, sometimes you need to learn how to move on. It is only opening day though, and the optimist could say maybe its just one injury and he'll bounce back.
The pessimist: The dude can't even make it to ******* spring training? This **** happened during ******* fielding drills. FIELDING DRILLS. Will he get ******* paralyzed then when he collides to the fence for a fly ball? **** me. What's he making this year? 8 million? I can go buy cheaper glass at bed bath and beyond.
