I agree but i personally think a 1st round tender is too hight at the same time and i think Carolina might want someone to bite since they dont have a first rounder and adding another second rounder would help. Also the fact that Captain did so good last year (and is cheaper) i think Carolina could possibly let Marshall go and maybe draft a DE to replace Peppers in the 2nd and a WR both things Carolina could really use
