Voted Other.
Love the HC, love the Staff with one exception. I am, at best, indifferent to our OC, and usually I strongly dislike him.
I love our offensive philosophy of a balanced attack, focused more on power running behind a strong, well disciplined OL. I love that we run and run, and then setup the play action. Sometimes it works beautifully, sometimes it fails. The biggest problem I have with out OC is his lack of creativity and tendency to play safe. Now, some people say this is because of Ferentz, but I can't believe that if we had an OC that was more creative he wouldn't be allowed to act that way at least sometimes. Like I said, I have no problem with running a "boring" offense that is very basic and comes down to execution, but at least have some creativity every once in a while.
Oh, also, I overall hate our offensive coaching staff and Kirk for never wanting to hire a QB coach. Especially when you have the best QB in your school's history and a very competent if not good OC and former HC is looking for a job last year.

I am happy with Ohio State's staff except for the fact that Jim Tressel refuses to hire an Offensive Coordinator and it's Ohio freaking State... they could get themselves a fantastic one.

You can have Ken O'Keefe. Then we can hire Chuck Long as our OC/QB coach. Win-Win!!!

I like Sherman, our new DC from Air Force, and our offense.
Our recruiting is so much better under Sherman.

Love Saban, really loving Kirby Smart as DC & very glad he turned down the UGA offer as their DC this offseason.
As long as that Tide defense keeps finishing in the top 5 nationally the job offers for Smart will keep rolling in ..... sooner or later some team will throw several million a yr. at him & a HC offer I wonder if he will stay with Bama then.
Best coach not from my team & who doesn't get the megabucks: Ferentz at Iowa, great strategist & recruiter. Hasn't he turned down several NFL offers? After Saban stayed only 2 yrs with the Fins, Spurious Spurrier came back to the pros after less time than that in the NFL, & the mess Carroll left at SC, no wonder he doesn't want to go to the next level.

Yea, but Ferentz does get mega bucks. Just over 3M per year, and somewhere like 8th highest paid coach in the country. Iowa definitely pays heavily to keep him, haha.
That said, +rep for the Ferentz love.

Can't say I'm happy with them. They've literally done everything wrong so far. Mike Barwis has been the only bright spot.

I'm happy. I like Les Miles, Chavis, and Crowton. Crowton is a pretty good play caller. Chevis is great. I like Miles' style.
