We signed OLB Chris McCoy and K Shwayze Waters to future contracts.

I wonder if we could be interested in Carnell Lake as our DB coach.

Anyone think he could have an impact on the team next year?
6'5" 340lbs, monster run blocker and has a nasty punch. Played LT at Tenn so he is obviously agile. Could he be in the plans at RG? Pretty much the same player as Marcus Cannon, but we got him in the 5th.
What you think???
|
I think he's Ramon Foster 2.0. Almost identical size, slightly better in both phases of the game. At RG, he'll probably be just as good a mauler as Foster is but not quite as terrible at passpro.
Hope he develops well and can become a solid contributor, and I'm still curious as to whether we'll keep him outside or inside.

Here's a video of the K we signed to a future's contract, Swayze Waters. He looks pretty good and has a STRONG leg. Can both kick and punt. Could be a sleeper to watch out for:

Congrats!
I assume the decision to name the child Jacob LaMarr Goosemahn Scott Wright has already been made, right?
No, but seriously, best of luck and my best wishes to you, your girl, and future mini-Jakey!

Haha thanks man!
I dunno, the offseason will depend on the name, if Wood gets resigned, it will be...
Jacob LaMarr Lawrence Emmanuel Antonio Wallace Maurkice Stevenson Sylvester the Third.
But seriously, the draft needs to hurry up already :D

Also, was Wes Lyons on the Jets during Hard Knocks? I'm trying to find out if he was to see him there, but I don't want to watch the series and then find out he was cut before they filmed or something.

Awesome man!
I would also like some more draft info from you guys, i dont get to watch much college football, so its hard for me to know which players specifically fit our schemes. Anything would be awesome!

It's been reported that the surgery was actually to his lower back and that it's been postponed due to Harrison having a fever.

Champ Bailey has put his Colorado home up for sale.
We signed S Damon Cromartie-Smith to a future/reserve contract.
We have begun preliminary talks with Jonathan Scott regarding an extension.

despite the titan's porous secondary in the past cpl of years, their DB's actually played pretty well
it was their lack of pressure that really eff'd em
i wouldnt mind this guy tbh
