Chaz Powell is fast. Takes the 2nd half KO to the house. 23-7.

Is Mark Herzlich playing for BC or just in uniform? ESPN showed him in their lead-in at the half but didnt say if he were playing. It's going to be a long year listening to Lou holtz and co.

No offense but you could score against Miami of Ohio, lets see what he does when they start playing varsity teams.

Wow. Eastern Illinois throws a swing pass to the RB in the end zone. Throws it backwards behind the RB. Safety.

Mike Pouncey sucks at C. Should move him back to guard.

I know it's against YSU, but if Bolden can work on his accuracy, he could be something special for Penn State

Illinois lead 13-3 at the half.
Funny thing is it's probably one of the lesser talented teams since Zook arrived in Illinois, the new co-ordinators have definitely instilled a sense of toughness in the team and it's showing.

Speaking of Dan Marino what ever happened to that old QB pipeline out of Eastern Pennsyvania? You dont hear about the Jim Kelley, Dan Marino, Joe Namath types anymore.

they're all Western. Eastern is Philadelphia.
Dunno really. Pryor and Morelli both got a lot of hype, but other than that, most of the PA QBs you hear about are from Central PA

If you combine the USC offense with the Florida defense you might have a good college team.

best answer I can give is a change in how a lot of teams in PA run their offenses. I know in Central PA there are a lot more teams running the spread option.
