Well it looks like Dre Bly still has some gas left. That was an awesome catch by Calvin though!

Our d-line is just smacking the Broncos o-line around. KVB is just relentless when trying to get to Orton.

Well Suh was taking double teams which freed up our DEs. I remember that he almost got a sack on Orton, but Orton got out of it. He put this o-lineman on his back almost as soon as the Broncos snapped the ball. But thats what happens when you take Suh on 1 on 1, you end up on your back.

Stafford looked great...lots of poise, good decisions and good accuracy. Best looked so good too, as did the O-line.
First team D-line dominated again, however I'm concerned with our secondary save for Philips, who looks to be legit and will be a great fit beside Delmas.

Jason Fox got burned at LT on that facemask penalty. Toone looks average on returns, solid not flashy, doesn't have that extra burst.

Good last drive there by Stanton, seems like he is finally stepping up this year. Also a good rush by Willie Young to seal it.

-Dede Dorsey had a good game. I'm starting to like him over Aaron Brown.
-I might keep Dan Gronkowski over Will Heller.
-Derrick Williams looked ok at WR. Toone is a better returner and Williams is a better WR than Northcutt. I'd cut Northcutt and keep Toone/Williams.
-Adrian Arrington is having another solid preseason for the Saints but they may not be able to keep him on the 53 man. We might have a shot at claiming him.
-Brodeur mentioned Follet's poor play and I agree. Maybe we should try to get Derrick Johnson out of KC? Package him with Page? I love Sammie Lee Hill but they could use a NT.
-Fox had a poor showing at LT. I thought he would be in the mix at RT but they seem intent on playing him at LT. Everyone agreed he was a better fit for the right side.
-Kevin Smith had a good game.
-Randy Phillips continues to look like a steal.

So where are those people that debated for months that Curry or Smith should have been the pick?

It's funny that the only pick i didn't like was selecting Levy. That was a good draft.

I said that if the team took anyone else besides Stafford, I would quit being a fan. I know most of the knowledgeable people (P-L, Scotty, WMD, Xio) all wanted Stafford that badly as well. The only people who didn't have disappeared.

This board was mainly pro Stafford. I know alot of people on Mlive and ESPN boards didn't want him but there were only very few on this board who didn't want Stafford.

I am willing to start to admit I was wrong about Javid Best. I had real doubts of his ability to be a true RB but he is slowly starting to look like one specially on that play where he broke like three tackles to get back to the line.
