NFL.com video highlights (not spam)

I was at work today so i had the gamecast w/highlights on the laptop my work has. The internet there is fairly quick (10 - 15 mb) but anytime i watch the highlights in a big screen it's sooo choppy can't even make out very many details. Does anyone know how to reduce the quality of the video? I assume it's just a **** video card on the work laptops part.

If there is no way to turn the quality down, then i would like to opine and say it's just like nfl.com to roll out some flashy new feature that only 20% of people can actually use. Seriously, almost every site i use to stream video has some type of feature to be able to toggle the quality up or down.

inb4 there's an embarrassingly easy way to do it that i glossed over.

If you have the Akami crap(Unlock HD) it has a slider that lets your take it up and down in quality.

I have that i think... but it doesn't have a slider. I thought that just made it take the quality up.
