I think Chicago +9 against the Cowboys is a lock. I can't believe the spread is that big. But shouldn't this be in the Pro football section?

Oh okay, because it says Week 2 and I think this is week 3 in college. But in this case there are two that stick out to me. The first is ECU + 19.5 against Virginia Tech. The other is BYU +9 against FSU.
