1-on-1 with Briggs after reporter comments
Quote:
Women don’t belong in the locker room.”
Briggs had everybody’s attention by lunchtime with that comment, which seemed to be on a loop.
“It’s the first time I have ever said anything like that. It’s more of a thought, but the locker room is our realm,” he said to me during our one-on-one interview.
Briggs later asked why I was so angry about his position. Apparently my tone was more harsh than I realized

This Ines Sainz situation is in the top five dumbest stories in the history of sports. I can't believe people are still talking about it, it's a giant ******* publicity stunt.
Expect her to be on Dancing With the Stars or some **** next season.

Personally, I never did like the idea of reporters in the locker room, regardless of gender. The players have their space, and that's the locker room. Teams have press conferences after the game, they also have people to set up meetings with reporters during practice.

I would have loved to heard exactly what was said to her. Im sure if we ever did find out, most of us would find it hilarious.

Hes right. Are men ever allowed in female locker rooms? If a female wants to be a reporter, fine but that doesn't give her an entitlement to be in the male locker room. It doesn't give even male reporters the right. Key words here: entitlement. Women feel entitled to anything even if it is a complete double standard. If female reporters cant handle it, get another job. Dont try to force a behavior change after you have already forced yourself in a locker room you dont belong in in the first place.
