I'd like to see him sign with the Bucs, he is a good fit for our system and would come at a good price.

he's not really an edge rusher, so i wouldn't have thought he'd fit the T2 that well (at 285, i'd have thought he'd be more of a 3-tech in tampa, if anything) - but i'm sure you know your system better than i do. (no sarcasm!)
and maybe i'm biased, since i'd rather see him replace Kerney at LDE for the Falcons - assuming he passes a physical and isn't overly expensive.

You wouldn't think he is a Tampa 2 DE, but we have shown in the past that we like to have a speed rusher on one side (Rice) and a run-stopper on the other side (Spires). Brown would be an upgrade over Spires and he is a better pass rusher.

Yeah, 4.5 speed isn't an edge rusher?
Fact is, if Brown could have stayed healthy he would be the best DE in the league right now.
6'4 285 4.5 40in vert 38in arms...are you kidding guy was a freak, and if i recall correctly he had 5 sacks and a couple FF in 4.5 games one year before he got hurt.
He certainly isn't the player he once was (college days) the injuries have really slowed him down, but IF he could stay healthy he is one of a few guys who could actually play any scheme.

Arrington was a top 3 OLB for a few years. He had 12 sacks one year I think. He was dominant.

Where do you think he will end up and do you think he has any potential?

I would love to see the Rams go after him but his price might be up to high since we have already made a lot of moves this off season.

I wouldn't mind Miami picking him up to back up Roth at DE if he can still play.

He'd be a good backup for some team, but to expect him to start 16 games a year may be asking for a little much

I'm sure Coyer will have a lot of input. Brown's got all that potential but can't stay healthy to save his life. He'd be a good strong-side end over Spires for sure, and I'd be interested to see him work a bit on the inside on passing downs.

He'd well in carolina where he and rucker could rotate in and out with McClover. Rucker and Brown on passing downs, McClover in **** time.

He did well in situational pass rushing as both a DE and an OLB.
