Seriously man. A cheerleader draft for first be fun. It really should be a free for all like the last one. A) You can't expect 32 people to join and B) you can't expect 32 people to have any sort of organization. In the forum mock it took a TON of organization for a whole committee of the best posters, and it took the most dedicated posters to bear down and be serious for it to work. This is not a serious topic, you don't have the guys to run it, and you don't have the posters to participate.

Cheerleader drafts are fun, but they lose their point if you try to get all serious about them.

Like the first one. It was spontanious and picked anyone you wanted for any team you wanted. It was a lot more fun.
