Yeah I feel pretty good about forcing Eli to pass the ball 80 yards down the field twice for 2 TDs without throwing an interception or getting sacked and fumbling. No mistakes and I think we got this.
James Jones just dropped a big one. That was a mistake...

That guy is so jeckel and hyde. He looks like a Driver clone one week and the next he makes a boneheaded play that makes you wonder if he'll ever be a starter.
This is the 1st time in 4 years that I've said this, great punt Packers! Pinned them deep for a change.

I was right 2x! Eli can't do it without throwing a pick and no challenges spells disaster for NYG.

Dropped passes make me sad. Interceptions make me happy.

Kuhn!!
Rodgers is on point this week. 18 yards off his career high passing yards in the regular season and ties a career high with 4 TDs.

They call him.. KUHN.
Best game of the year for Rodgers. Take away some drops and he'd be over 400 yards with 5 TDs.

Opps nevermind, just toss it to him instead and let Kuhn run it in for the TD!

Can't complain much about this game. Took care of business and did it convincingly for the most part. Lot of momentum heading into next week.

Root for the Vikings on Tuesday, guys. ROOT FOR THEM. They win, Bears sit starters, we are IN.

That last tackle marks Hawk's 100th of the season.
Bishop needs 3 more for 100
Rodgers needs 307 yards for his 3rd straight 4000 yard season

Announcers just said there was some sort of way that the Packers win next week and don't make it. WTF?

Rodgers was out of this world. The number of plays he executed to what I would call perfection was inhuman, like, every play except for 5 or so.

They definitely lied. Either that or thousands of others who studied the situation including myself are wrong.
If I was Chicago I would be scared. Today we showed we can play in cold weather and we can run the ball. Playing in Chicago, we are a lot more dangerous than teams like NO, Tampa Bay, etc.

No thanks. I don't want the Bears to have a bye and I'd much rather play the Bears again in the first round than the Eagles.

Agreed. We have a better chance to beat the Bears twice than to travel to Philly and game plan for the hottest offense in the league.

Rants & Raves
Raves:
-Aaron Rodgers, just outstanding today. Over 400 yards, 4 touchdowns, and would have been 5 if James Jones had the same golves as Jennings and Driver did today.
-Donald Driver, not a lot of catches today, but all 3 were noteworthy. The first was a tough catch but then he drew the personal foul on the thug Terrelle Thomas. Then DD had 2 great catches.
-Greg Jennings, except for dropping the pass in the Lions game which helped lose that game, he's been on fire the past 2 months. His route running is crisp and precise, and he's a threat for YAC to the house every time he catches it. Great deep catch the play after Donald made his diving catch.
-The whole Offensive Line, which was the concern coming in. They made the Giants DL look like the Seahawks or Broncos.
-Brandon Jackson. What? No not his running, but he picked up some blitzes from the same guy that came in and knocked out 2 QBs earlier in the season, including Tony Romo. Sometimes a coach is more willing to sacrifice a little gamebreaking running to have a sure blocker.
-Dimitri Nance and John Kuhn. Of course Kuhn was great, but Nance ran hard too... especially behind his fellow dreadlocked brother Quinn Johnson.
-BJ Raji, Clay Matthews, AJ Hawk... Hawk keeps doing his job quietly, has been very durable. Raji stuffed that pocket all afternoon long, and Matthews... what an animal. Sad that he didn't get any sacks, but he worked his ass off and attracts so much attention, helping others. Also, his hustle and speed on that important fumble strip.
Desmond Bishop for being quick thinking and scooping that fumble back in bounds, which Nick Collins brilliantly recovered.
Rants:
Jordyzzz speed on the opening 80-yard TD was awesome, running right past Antrel Rolle. But his fumble with the score 14-7 cost us at least 3 points, and a 17-7 or 21-7 lead. One play later it was 14-14. That's how we have lost some games this year. We have to stop those horrible errors that turn the momentum around.
James Jones hands.... what the hell? We saw Donald make a phenomenal left handed stick catch, and Jennings a great fingertip catch, but Jones dropped 2 great passes from Rodgers which would have been another TD and about 100 yards.
Tramon Williams and Charles Woodson's cleats. What the hell happened on those 2 touchdown passes? Woodson just slipped, and Tramon, he looked like he got dizzy or something.
MY GAMEBALL:
Mike McCarthy.
What a great game he called on offense.... the Giants couldn't stop us at all. We stopped ourselves the only time they did stop us.
We've had a chance to win every single game this year, and as we all know, all of our losses were close ones where usually we outplayed the other team.
But 3 horrible calls in the Bears game by the refs on us, plus letting Hester score with 2 blocks in the back, and James Jones fumbling late.... a fumbled sneak in Atlanta, a fluke 80-yard kick return by an offensive linemen.... a hit post on a game-winning FG in Washington, a bullschit penalty call on us on a Dolphins punt late in a tie game..... all this with a beat up defense and missing our key TE and RB all year long.
And some fans think McCarthy should be fired?
He can't control those flukey things or bad zebra calls. He's made some mistakes, but no coach is perfect even Belichick, whom McCarthy outcoached last week by the way.

That was just a fun game to watch. The crowd was amazing today. They were very loud from start to finish, and were cracking me up with all the KUUUUUHN chants whenever they got inside the 5 yard line. Loved when it was 31-17, Packers have 1st and goal at around the 5, and Jackson runs for 1 yard. Crowd starts booing, then it shows the Pack offense huddling up, and you suddenly hear a loud cheer from the crowd, which obviously meant that Kuhn was coming off the sideline into the game. Next play, TD to Kuhn and the crowd is just going wild
Also loved the "Bears Still Suck" chant towards the end of the game. I couldn't make out what they were saying at first, but I'm pretty confident it was that
Packers are basically playing in playoff mode now. This was the first playoff game. They got 5 more left.
