Florida State and Miami have their own threads because their fans are too annoying to coexist with civilized people. Even Ohio State isn't that bad.

Not to mention that no one talked about anything in the Big Ten thread for weeks.
And I posted about OSU's chances of winning the division even before the Wisconsin game.

Really, I wouldn't have cared if you wouldn't have capitalized THE every single time. I'm ok with you guys saying The OSU, but really capitalizing every letter is just all full of douche.
Also, Marcus Coker is #1 in the Big Ten in rushing yards/game, and Vandenberg/McNutt are #2 in passing/receiving respectively. Iowa is 5-3, 2-2 in conference and lost to Minnesota. I'm not even mad, I'm just impressed. (and depressed, really.)

Well, I guess I should be just impressed that you remembered to add "State" at the end each time, which is more than what I can say about the vast majority of your fanbase. :)

Can Iowa take out Michigan this week and perhaps turn the latter part of their season around? Haven't gotten to see much of them this year, so I don't know what's up with them.
What's everyone's prediction for the outcome of the B1G? Title game contenders? Winner? Can Penn State succeed in controlling its own destiny by going through OSU, Nebraska AND Wisky? That's a hellish path. I say a snowball's chance in hell.

Iowa has an awful defense. I think the only way Denard is stopped is if he stops himself.

They have a 2-game lead in the division. They don't need to win all 3.

B1G Title Game: Ohio State vs Nebraska on account of both teams winning out. Would be an interesting rematch since OSU blew out Nebraska for half the game and then Nebraska blew out OSU in the 4th qtr. That game was in Nebraska though, and Ohio State didn't have Herron, and Miller got hurt.
I have a feeling that Nebraska and Michigan State won't both win out though, I think one lays a stinker somewhere down the line. Whichever one doesn't goes to Indy. Penn State loses out since they finally have to play decent B1G teams after playing all the crappy ones so far, so if OSU wins out IMO they go, but if they fall somewhere (very possible with that offense and coaching staff) then Wisconsin goes. Lots of possibilities.

There are still a lot of scenarios. I mean they can still take the division with just one win.

Michigan State vs. Wisconsin
-Michigan beats Nebraska, Michigan State wins out and has the tiebreaker over Michigan.
-Penn State loses to Ohio State and Nebraska.
-Ohio State loses to Michigan.
-Wisconsin wins out.
-Wisconsin wins the Championship game.

I think that the team from up north has proven that they aren't the team that everyone thought they were, it will be a rough game but I think at the end of the day Ohio State again elevates to the level of its opponent and win in the only game that is important.
Even if we lost and somehow managed to go to the championship game... it would be an empty consolation, and in the most likely of case-scenarios, winning or losing will end up determining our future, THE Ohio State University rises to the occasion.

Dude I don't know why we came out sleepwalking like we did against IU but we'd better wake the **** up. Denard will run all over this defense if it comes out anything like it did against the Hooshaz.
Heading up to Lafy this weekend for the game, excited as hell, nervous as ****. We will be keeping a very close eye on PSU for the next couple weeks.

I think it is quite likely that Wisconsin and Michigan St. meet for the conference championship. They are the 2 best teams in the league IMO, Penn St. is a myth that will soon be exposed when they play the big boys in the Big 10.

There are big boys in Big 10 this year?
Where?

compared to Illinois, Indiana, Purdue, Northwestern, and all the other teams Penn State has played, Nebraska and Wisconsin and OSU are big boys.

Wouldn't Northwestern be a big boy after Saturday? Or are you keeping them at little guy status? They at least deserve average-sized guy.

Doesn't mean I don't still want the Buckeyes to win it.

We have our fair share of pretenders (every conference does) but for the most part these knock offs have been competitive ones, not exposures.

Says who? I won't even try to be an OSU homer here but:
Michigan St. has a claim despite being blown out by Nebraska, although their wins against Wisconsin and THE Ohio State universities were by a very narrow margin. Also they got beaten by a ****** ND team.
Wisconsin has lost two close games but has effectively lost control of their own destiny.
I'd say this conference is very up in the air and while Michigan St is the most likely to emerge from the legends side, the Leaders division will likely change landscape dramatically in the last three weeks.

You guys will all look like fools once Iowa runs the table and makes it to the championship game.
And by runs the table, I mean beats MSU and has the inside track to the championship game, and then shits down their legs in West Lafyette. Because that's how we roll.

It's gonna be weird to see the Big 10 have a championship game while the Big 12 lost theirs.
Where is the Big 10 Championship game going to be played?
