That might have been the worst episode of Community to date.

The ideas are there but the execution is just awful. The humor is non-existent.

Oh, cool. They've managed to ruin an episode with Adam Devine. There's too many funny people in this episode to be so not funny.

The shawshank story was so half baked. Like, what a half ass plot to go down. If youre going to do it, do it right. Jeff's meeting with his father was also super anti-climatic. The laughs are nowhere to be found at this point, and I was hoping theyd get the ship back on course but right now I've lost faith. ******* NBC and Chevy Chase.

It wasn't THAT bad yesterday, at least in comparison to last week. It had its moments. And for the last time, blame Sony for firing Harmon, not NBC.

Eh I thought it was just as bad. Great set up, no pay off. Same with their whole operation study room story. Awesome set up no pay off. Feels like a theme thus far for this season of capturing the situations Harmon would think up, but failing to do them any justice. Also continuing to split the group up hurts the show. Every episode this season has in some shape or form split the group up, and I don't think thats helping either. And the laughs just arent there.

I just don't really understand the fact that Troy/Britta are supposed to be together, but she's constantly doing stuff with Jeff moreso than anyone else.

I completely agree, but that whole thing is just so out of place- even when Harmon started it. Just a really poor choice of *forcing two main characters into a forced relationship*.

It sort of feels like Ann and Tom from Parks and Rec, except the plot there was about how they were forcing everything in the relationship and making it seem ridiculous...so it worked.

It worked better but I still thought even that was a similar case of a forced relationship between two main characters.
I can't wait to see how they mess up their puppet episode.

As I was watching, all I could think was:
"Man, I can't wait for Parks and Rec to come back."

Yeah this ep wasn't as funny, but it was still enjoyable. And I liked the part with Jeff's dad.

So I actually really really enjoyed this one about Kevin. I didn't like the 30 second part at the end though.

I've actually liked the past 2 episodes. Loved the "I have a headache, maybe you should go home" bit.
