Mat Latos had a somewhat disappointing season, but he's still pretty obviously keepable.

#12? I dunno. The spot was originally for Brett Anderson, Clay Buchholz or Jamie Garcia. I cut the first two, and Garcia is a question mark. Maybe I'll just keep JJ Putz since closers are so scarce.

Edit: I could put my faith in a young Mark Trumbo as well.
