I will give Game of Thrones credit for having the bad guys get a lot of success. I'm only on episode 5 but it is definitely bold as most shows just go for a happy ending, while this show really pisses you off and makes you want to keep watching to see if they finally get caught, but they don't. At least not yet.

Spartacus is bold, and gets to the point. There are politics but it's not as boring and drawn out as Game of Thrones, and the politics in Spartacus are funny and a lot more clever. I like the show so far but it's not in Spartacus' class in my opinion. I admit I am a bit biased, but Spartacus is so epic it's not even fair. The picture is also much nicer as well. You can also like the characters in Spartacus way more than you can like any of them in Game of Thrones.

Not even close for me. Spartacus is so much better. I think the people who like a more "sophisticated" show gravitate to Game of Thrones, but Spartacus is so much more entertaining.

The battles a way better, the women are way hotter, and it's all around more fun to watch. Plus, Spartacus, Crixus, Gannicus, Ashur, Illythia, and Lucretia are all so much better characters than anyone in Game of Thrones.

i feel like ned was the only character who didn't almost instantly suck as soon as he left. maybe i just really hated robb. i guess arya was ok, though she might've gotten worse in the last book.
