He's got a great situation and we know he's got talent. In your spot, if you like him you better take him there. There's no way he makes it back to you, if you mean you have 28 & 29. He will be long gone by the end of round 4.

Love Felix this year. I'd take him late R2.

Just had one of the worst fantasy drafts I've ever had. Kid you not, FOUR guys I wanted went just ONE pick ahead of me. Nothing going my way.

Good thing it's not a money league like the other one I'm doing....but this team is looking pretty grim, lol.

so, had my draft for my favorite league on tuesday. 10 teams. keeper. can keep 2 for a pick 1 round before the player was drafted. i kept Hakeem Nicks for a 4th round pick and Ahmad Bradshaw for a 6th.

I got hosed on QBs. I was hoping one of the top 5 would fall to me in the late 2nd. fail. so, i aimed for romo in the early 5th. fail. by that point, i was satisfied getting the 10th best QB. fail. 4 dudes drafted a backup...luckily, i still snagged Matt Stafford and Eli Manning. here be my team.

QB-Matt Stafford/Eli Manning
RB-Ray Rice/Ahmad Bradshaw/Felix Jones/Shonn Greene
WR-Hakeem Nicks/Vincent Jackson/Lance Moore/Davon Bess/Emmanuel Sanders
TE-Jermichael Finley/Brandon Pettigrew
K-Nate Kaeding
DEF-Pats

we start, 1 QB, 2 RB, 3WR, 1 TE, 1 K and 1 DEF

I think I'm loaded at RB but lacking a 3rd WR. the guy I'd like to trade is Bradshaw. And, my initial thought is to trade him for Julio Jones. the dude that has Jones has him as his 4th WR and he also has Arian Foster, so he may be in a hurry to get a RB.

Any thoughts on this? think I should push for the trade now or stand pat for a couple weeks and wait for a marquee RB to go down so I can leverage a better trade?

Obviously staying healthy is the big concern for Stafford, but I'd take this team over any combination you would have landed had you been able to grab that early QB. Stafford & Eli will both put up big numbers each week so you should be solid there. Because you didn't get one earlier, you now have awesome depth at RB / WR.

Lance Moore will be an easy WR3 and probably better than that. With Bush gone, he'll be a Wes Welker type WR for NOLA except for the fact that Moore will actually catch TDs. I've been targeting him in every draft - only landed him in one, though. With each draft he was snagged a round or two earlier. So much for my 11th round steal. :(

Bradshaw is a quiet, underrated guy. He is perfect for the Giants offense (which has clearly moved more towards passing than running) and is absolutely worth more than Julio Jones. However, right after the draft is usually not the time to get owners to move on trades. I'd put Bradshaw & Felix on the block and see what kind of offers you get - if you're set on moving one now. Personally, I'd give Lance Moore a chance to prove he can't fill that spot. Of course, that's tougher with his current injury status.

For now, I'd recommend dropping the second TE since carrying two is unnecessary, especially with a need at WR for week one. Your roster isn't deep enough to carry 2 TEs (or 2 QBs, for that matter) and that shallow roster means there's some good WR depth available. I'm guessing one of the following is there for you: Driver / Burleson / Evans / Berrian or even a camp darling like Denarius Moore.

I dont know how you managed to get Rice and Turner. Thats a nice pickup. Best is a great 3rd Rb as well. Good group there.

The receivers are pretty solid as well. Not an elite group, but you got 4 guys that should be the #1 targets on their teams. Britt, Johnson, and Green all are apart of weak offenses, but they should still all get their touches. Should be able to pull a starter out of the three of them every week.

Lewis is a good TE. Not sold on any of those QBs, but they all have potential. Should get a serviceable starter.

Prett good looking roster. Having two top runningbacks like that plus a guy like Desean Jackson should get you through most weeks.

It's finally complete! lol

So you traded for Best, right? Then drafted Bradford. And all that talk about Boldin / Holmes etc at WR and you landed neither? I like Britt / Johnson / Green as a solid rotation with stellar keeper value, so I'd say they're better than Boldin, not quite as good as Holmes. Meachem is a guy I love, draft often, and am routinely disappointed by.

That's an incredible team. 3 young, potential stud QBs in a start 2 league w/keepers and an awesome stable of RBs & WRs.

Lewis at TE is an odd one to predict. Personally, I don't like him, as even the #1 / #2 target in the Jax passing game is useless. You basically get a pair of TDs or a goose egg with him. Don't be afraid to kick him to the curb for a guy like Dickson or Moore.

It's unfortunate, because I actually picked Kenny Britt over Santonio Holmes and Mark Ingram...I had no idea Ingram would fall so far in my draft but I couldn't justify taking a #4 RB over my #2 WR, it just wasn't going to happen. Overall, I love the way my team turned out, it's chalk full of guys I love this upcoming season. I wish WR was a little stronger, but oh well. There's also like, 8 startable tight ends available including Zach Miller, Greg Olsen, both the young Pats TEs and Brandon Pettigrew, so Im certainly not married to Marcedes.

Meachem was my last bench slot because I draft him every year waiting for him to break out and it never happens. Maybe this will be the year!

We know what Lewis is, and it's pretty unlikely he hits his high TD mark from last year. I'd take the shot on Olsen, tbh. I like Olsen & Gronk much better than Marcedes. Olsen is the super sleeper in the newly installed Air-Coryell offense. They went after him for a reason, and anybody who thinks Shockey is a threat to Olsen's numbers hasn't watched Shockey since he was with the Giants.

I can understand taking Britt over Holmes. Doubt I would have done it, but I can see where Britt's upside is more attractive. I'm still not sold on Ingram for this year. That backfield reeks of RBBC until Ingram is a surefire bet in pass-pro. We know that's not a strength for rookies so I think his value is more long term than win-now.

Had my keeper auction last night. Love the QB and WR. Went big for Fitz, maybe a little too high for Graham. RB aren't great, very young, really hoping for some breakouts despite the time shares. Had limited options there with most #2 or better guys being kept. 10 teams, 6-pt passing touchdowns.

QB (1) : Tony Romo, Matt Stafford
RB (2) : Jamaal Charles, LeGarrette Blount, Ryan Mathews, Knowshon Moreno, CJ Spiller
WR (3) : Larry Fitzgerald, Roddy White, Mario Manningham, Lance Moore
TE (1) : Jimmy Graham, Jared Cook
K (1) : Neil Rackers
D/ST (1) : New England

Hey guys,

i drafted Jared Cook late in my draft, and i usually dont like to move/release any sleepers untill i have seen them play for real...but Lance Kendricks is a FA in my league and i am very tempted to drop Cook for Kendricks?

Advice?

Two hype trains are leaving the station travelling 90 miles per hour. Hype train A makes 3 stops while Hype train B makes 1 stop. Both arrive at their destination . . .

lol

Kendricks has the better situation. The Rams will throw way more than Tenn and Bradford is better than Hass or Locker.

Cook in year 3, though . . .

Still, I'd take the better situation.

12 team draft last night, picking 10th. standard scoring (no ppr, which is too bad). went for my starting 3 wrs early for some odd reason, but i like how it all worked out.

QB: Ryan
RB: D Williams, J Best, M Lynch, R Bush, J Stewart
WR: Andre Johnson, Calvin Johnson, Dez Bryant, S Smith (Car), D Branch, A Roberts
TE: Gonzo, Gresham
K: Sea Bass
Def: i don't remember, but it doesn't really matter anyway.

Well Elvis, what do ya think?

I think they both have tremendous value in keeper / dynasty but this year is going to be shaky. Kendricks looks the part and is targeted plenty, but he's a rookie.

If not for the QB situation in Tennessee, I'd say Cook is the one to own as a 3rd year receiver with all reports basically saying he 'gets it.' Plus he's been laying out, going high, and otherwise just attacking the ball in the preseason games. But he's a huge question mark when you start considering just how many touches / targets he'll get.

Any team with Drunken' Sebastion is ok in my book!

Banking on Ryan scares me a little. I think it'll pay off, though. Really scary at RB. Love Best, but he's a huge red flag. DWill is interesting. I think he will ultimately make or break your team, tbh. Carolina can't be as terrible as last season . . . right?

Not much faith in Gonzo but in non-ppr he is still a top-notch scoring threat. And TE seems to be the deepest waiver wire position this year, anyway.

Solid, but a littel scary. If Carolina can score a decent amount you'll be looking good w/DWill & Smith. I think it happens.

In one of my leagues, i went abit homer crazy in my draft!

Turns out the league participation is good, and seems like a good league, so im looking to make some moves, and make a more rounded team.

Any help?

QB: Big Ben, Kevin Kolb.
RB: Rashard Mendenhall, DeAngelo Williams, Benjarvis Green-Ellis, James Starks.
WR: Roddy White, Mike Wallace, Santonio Holmes, Percy Harvin, Robert Meacham, Jacoby Ford, Mike Sims-Walker.
TE: Kellen Winslow, Jared Cook.
D/ST: Pittsburgh.
K: Alex Henery.

I would try to package BJGE and one of your lesser recievers (Harvin, Meachem) for a better RB3. Your real deep at reciever but Im not a fan of Ellis or Starrks. Not to mention that D-Will is a bit of a question mark as well A (although I feel like hes in for a good year)
