I wonder what Flacco will get; my guess is six years and between $60-80 million.

He would have to come down from his demands quite a bit for that to happen. I think QBs are going to look at the Calvin Johnson deal and expect at least that. Likely resulting in all but the most truly elite ones getting laughed out of the room.
Aaron Rodgers is going to get a ridiculous deal when his time comes. I know that for sure. Stafford too when he's up for his 2nd contract.

Stafford will refuse to re-sign with the Lions and instead will sign a FA deal with the Chiefs.
Then I wake up and change my underwear.

Then you wake up and realize the Chiefs just drafted Tannehill.
Then you wake up and realize the Chiefs drafted Poe.

Don't draft them!
Word in the Ravens forum is we offered a 3rd rounder for Osi. That'd be an interesting scenario. Imagine some situation where we have Sizzle, Osi and Upshaw on the field at the same time. With Ray and Ed Reed. And Ngata.

Well, it won't be in 2012. And by 2013, those two might...uh....well, I don't want to depress you any more than that.

Sooner or later Flacco will get his head out of his ass. Well at least I hope. IDK I would rather pay Flacco top 5 money then Rice 100 ******* million.
BTW reports are we offered a 3rd round pick for Osi. If that is true we really are super bowl or bust this year.

Rice wont get $100 million from us. I'm thinking much closer to 6 years, 60 million.

In other news, Phil Taylor is getting an MRI to determine whether or not he tore his pectoral muscle while lifting weights (quarter-pounders?), and that the injury could land him on injured reserve.
DHB also picked up a DUI.

Not like Osi is even close to Suggs at this point, so bust is more likely.

Woah now. Osi is pretty damn good. Not many DEs in this league can sack the qb like Osi. Granted, I'll give you his injury concerns and his mediocrity vs the run, but when it comes to rushing the passer, Osi is a beast.
He's probably a better pass rusher than Suggs, but Suggs is the better overall player.

Jordan Jefferson did nothing to prove he belonged on an NFL roster in college.

Osi had 9 sacks in 9 games this year. He had 11.5 sacks and 10 FFs the year before. That is still very good

You aren't making the Super Bowl without Suggs.

When Leroy Hill is the best player to appear on a list of ANY 32 NFL players, even if you choose them at absolute random, there is a problem.
