so Oklahoma(previously 3) loses to an unranked team and falls to 9, Kansas St.(previously 9 or 10) loses to a top 10 team and falls to 17? What a load of horseshit. How do you do you rationalize that because i dont understand it?

Kansas State gets blown out and is revealed as a pretender, Oklahoma gets shocked against Texas Tech, but only loses by I think 3 points. Plus we all know Oklahoma is a good team, it's parity not statistical science in ranking football teams.

Zach Maynard is awful. Tedford is awful. If Cal actually cared about their football team, Tedford would've been gone a while ago.

I don't think that's fair to say. Cal pays Tedford a nice salary, so it's not as if they don't care.
I agree that Tedford will probably be fired, as will Neuheisel.

It was worth getting Keenan Allen.

Pretty sure they only took him so they could get Allen.

SEC fans are really funny. Before the BSU-UGA game, all of them said UGA would skull**** Boise in every way. After Boise took care of them, they just go and say Georgia is the worst team in the conference.

I don't think any of those 3 teams are anywhere near as good as these LSU and Bama teams.
It's not a slight on Boise, I think LSU and Bama will be able to beat whoever they face, whether Stanford, OkSt, or Boise. Boise is a great team, with a great QB and coach. I just think LSU and Bama are in a class of their own this year.
But after a month off, anything can happen of course.

South Carolina and Arkansas have to be the worst top-ten teams in BCS history. Arkansas can barely beat Ole Miss and Vandy. I think South Carolina will finish with at least four losses.

I dont know where this running from Samuel came from but has looked no where even close to as good as he did saturday. He is a big back about 240 lbs but usually he falls down if you breath on him. He has been moved back and forth from HB to LB in his career.

LSU and Bama are two of the best teams college football has seen in recent history and surely we'll have an outstanding game this Saturday. Still, they are not unbeatable.
People bash Boise because of their easy schedule (which is, actually, not as easy as it seems) and just don't see they are a force that needs to be recognized. They'd rather use the same old stupid arguments (LSU/Bama would beat Boise by 50, they'd go 7-6 in the SEC, and all that crap).
Boise deserves a shot at the title. So do fellow undefeateds LSU, Bama, Oklahoma St., Stanford and Houston. I don't think it's fair if you are denied to take part in a Championship game if you won all games you played, regardless of schedule.

If the Mountain West & Conference USA were merged for this year we'd be treated to Boise St. vs Houston. I'd definitely tune in for that. Talk about offensive fireworks.

No one has said they don't deserve a shot, long as there is not a more deserving team in their way. Regardless of what you think of Boise's schedule, it is not as hard as Stanford's or OkSt, so if one of them remains undefeated Boise doesn't get in. Under the current system, only two teams get in and undefeated teams in stronger conferences have earned it more. Fair, no not really. But that's how it works.
