Wade will find a home next year I think. Let him get a full round of interviews and someone will be smart enough to pick him up.

That didn't start until everyone had their coaching staffs filled, though. Probably wouldn't have happened if he had something to do, lol.

If the Giants have another terrible year I would say Jerry Reese, Coughlin and Fewell should all be on the hot seat...

As for those already on the hot seat?

Joe Philbin
Dennis Allen/Reggie Mckenzie

Well every time coughlin is on the hot seat he makes an improbably superbowl run and signs an extension

I'd definitely say he's the least impressive coach with multiple SB titles. Even the years they win they were underwhelming in the regular season, but he did it TWICE. Hard coach to figure out where he actually stands.

If the Giants do improbably win a Super Bowl this time around he'll ride off into the sunset. I believe he already is the oldest coach in the NFL.

I've said this before, but I think Reggie McKenzie will get one more crack at picking a head coach before he gets canned. He's a Raider and he was hand-picked by Ron Wolf and Ken Herock, and their word carries a lot of weight with the Davis family.

If/when he does get fired, it'll be interesting to see if they try to tap into the Packers FO again and lure Eliot Wolf, but he's probably in line to replace Ted Thompson in a couple years.

Nepotism in the NFL...

Considering the utter lack of talent the team had when he started I think Dennis Allen and Reggie McKenzie have done a great job. 5 wins in a rock hard division and no starting QB add to that their best player is constantly injured. I think it would be a mistake for the Raiders to fire either of them

And considering the bad contracts they had to work through.

They need to start drawing in some good young talent though. Veldheer and Houston both left. They went out and signed some old guys...woodson, tuck, woodley, MJD...nice role players.

They got their guy in Carr, one of the best players in the draft in Mack, and got jackson to hopefully make up for dropping the ball on saffold
