My guess would be McFadden and a future pick depending on how he plays. If a team think that the RB class is weak after Richardson they could trade for DMC, who will be 25 at the start of the season. My guess would be a team like the Browns or Bengals(both have 2 1st's and have needs at RB) would be the likely candidates. But I do agree with you, the odds aren't in the Raiders favor of getting a pick anywhere close to the top 32.

I can't see any team trading a first round pick for a RB who's had as many injuries as DMC has had.

Appearing on SiriusXM with Alex Marvez and Jim Miller, Chiefs G.M. Scott Pioli indicated that Crennel wants to run his defense.
Marvez also reports the team will retain defensive backs coach Emmitt Thomas. There were reports the Raiders were interested in Thomas.

Not sure if this was posted yet but ....
Quote:
The Buccaneers have asked for permission to interview Cardinals WRs coach John McNulty, ostensibly for their offensive coordinator position.
New coach Greg Schiano was hired for "what he is defensively," explained GM Mark Dominik. Schiano is now turning to McNulty, Rutgers coordinator and QBs coach from 2004-2008, to head up the offense. The Cardinals can deny him from interviewing in Tampa, though Ken Whisenhunt isn't expected to stand in the way of an obvious promotion.

and this .....
Quote:
The Bears reportedly offered Greg Olson the position of passing game coordinator/QBs coach, only to be turned down.
Olson chose Blaine Gabbert and the Jaguars over Jay Cutler and the Bears, largely because the Jaguars gave him the assistant head coach title and a longer contract. After failing to land Olson, Falcons OC Dirk Koetter, and Titans QBs coach Dowell Loggains, the Bears will turn to Plan D next week.

Plan D could be a monkey with a bottle of whiskey and I would still rather have that than Olson.

This may all work out for the better of the Bears. The Bears should at the very least interview Arians and Ken Zampese.

Sorry if its already been posted..
per Rotoworld..
XTRA 910 Arizona's Mike Jurecki reports former Steelers OC Bruce Arians is expected to accept the same position in Indianapolis.
Jurecki likely has the news because Arians was under consideration to be the Cardinals QBs coach. A notoriously pass-first play-caller, Arians would be an intriguing mentor for presumptive No. 1 pick Stanford QB Andrew Luck. Coincidentally, rumors surfaced Saturday that former Colts coach Jim Caldwell was meeting with Steelers coach Mike Tomlin with regards to replacing Arians.

Love ya RN but I think you're a little too overly optimistic about some of these things.

Good job Bears. Hire a guy who has worked under Angelo and Riskell (who you both fired) and whose claim to fame is being a sidekick on a decidedly mediocre Chiefs team.

I thought the reasons Steelers said he retired?
I guess he was "let go" and wanted to go out like it was his own choice.

Ken Whisenhunt has denied the Bucs permission to interview Arizona WR coach John McNulty for the OC position in Tampa. McNulty may appeal that denial to ownership.

Heard the Raiders may try to interview our Secondary Coach, Ed Donatell for the DC vacancy.
I hope not.

From what I understand, he was simply let go. His contract wasn't going to get renewed. He then retired. Then I guess he found a new job quickly. I don't know.

Deny a guy a chance for a promotion? That seems like some unnecessary douchebaggery by KW.
