Eagles are keeping Juan Castillo as D-Coordinator. They also hired Todd Bowles to be DB coach.

Butch Davis to Tampa as Def. Coordinator/Asst. Head Coach is starting to pick up steam. Peter King, Rick Stroud, Tampa Tribune, and ESPN have all reported this.

College true freshman could probably put a better product on the field than the Bucs did towards the end of last season...

Hah!
I still think Davis failed in Cleveland because he had less money to spend on talent.

Money?
Hell, 100 out of 100 people surveyed would prefer to live in Miami over Cleveland.

You could say that about a lot of places. Haha. The NY media is already killing Indy as a Super Bowl host in semi-related news.

There's just no evidence to support the idea that a top professional athlete would take less money to play in Miami than to stay in Cleveland.

I'm sure Jacksonville would gladly welcome them back.

No evidence, at all, whatsoever. Agreed.

There was an article this morning that said "Welcome New Yorkers to Indianapolis, the city that always sleeps."

Well, alright, there is a LITTLE evidence.
Bernie Kosar ended up in Miami after Cleveland.

Maybe Goodell will block the infusion of offensive awesome in Baltimore for the safety of the rest of the league. Don't want CC and JC to outscheme everyone all at once...

Nah, he'll just make you bring in Brad Childress too in order to keep competitive balance in the league.
And something something player safety. And something something small market teams. And something something
terrorism!

Haha, not quite...
Those are just the "buzzwords" that allow sports leagues and the government o justify anything they want to do.
All NFL uniforms will now be shades of pink and purple because...something something...reduce concussions!
And then everyone just has to be ok with it. OR else.

I liked Dennis Allen's press conference today, seems to be a no nonsense coach, and will hopefully discipline the defense and limit our penalties. We will be using some 4-3 and 3-4, and be an attacking defense just like Denver's was.

What happened to returning to their smash mouth rushing attack-oriented approach?

I'm hoping that they realized that their team's talent on offense is tailored for a completely different style of offense and they aren't going to be **** tards and waste their talent by forcing it to try and be something that it isn't. Basically, the opposite of the Ravens offensive approach.
