Great call, and Polk runs dude over. He reminds me of a young Eddie George the way he runs so upright but still heavy. Love em.

don't hold your breath. Washington was like 94th or something like that.

Polk was about to get free there too. Hopefully he can take over the game a bit and keep Baylor from running away with it. They don't look like they intend to stop scoring.

And Baylor is from the Big 12 where "defense" is considered a vulgar word.

Price is gold. He looks a bit thin and needs to hit the weight room but he's got a future.

Height is going to hold him back in a major way, unfortunately. I like almost everything else about him, but a 6'0 to 6'1 QB is going to be a tough sell, especially at under 200 pounds.

Griffin is explosive thru the hole. Needs to not take those hits at the next level tho.

I don't know. I'm not as bothered by a lack of height with QBs as much as some people seem to be. You'd rather he be tall, sure, but I'm definitely putting it behind arm strength, accuracy, reading coverage and pocket awareness. It's really probably the last thing I consider. I mean, it's not stopping Drew Brees. The guy's just got to be able to find his throwing lanes.

Seems like Baylor plans of running Griffin quite a bit in the early going. Could well open up a vertical seam for Wright if Washington has to commit to defending it.

Yeah, I actually thought he was like a 6'3" guy until I looked it up. Maybe he's one of those rare QBs who's actual height is the same as his listed height. 6'1" isn't terrible.

Anyone else find it rather odd the commentators tried to pin Griffin as a tebow option qb at the next level? I highly doubt any team that takes him is thinking of doing a teblow offense with his accuracy and upside. Running qb, sure. Ramping him thru the tackles....No.

It's amazing how well Keith Price has done this year carrying the worst offense in the history of football

Price keeps impressing. I'm a Titan fan and began watching Washington a couple years ago and fell in love with locker and we ended up drafting him, but price seems to have better touch. Locker throws bullets.

Price is surprising me a little bit. Throwing some nice balls. I had't watched much of Washington this year. For some reason I'd been under the impression he was more of a runner.

I love Price's arm and his throws. He puts more zip on it than Luck does on his throws.

I like Polk so far. Tough runner. Not getting a ton of help from the blocking.

I like polks ability to hold back from trying to be a dance running back. His style is a dying breed it seems, willing to put his shoulder down and plow whatevers ahead.

....and there's RGIII's one major weakness. Trying to make something happen out of nothing there. He can get away with it in college most of the time...but not there.

Ta'amu really carries that 330 very well. Getting double-teamed a lot.

Doesn't get his due, certainly. Better pure nose prospect than Poe, who is more of a five technique in my opinion.

Like that first down run right there - he does pause for a second, but then puts his shoulder right back between the two defenders and gets what he needed. You see so many guys trying to juke both defenders for more yards. And then another nice run as a wrote that. That was an NFL run. Tiny hole, bouncing off of bodies and keeping both his balance and power.
