Moving on, it is what it is. Pac-Man has been messing up and he may have some serious consequences. I really dont know anything but the specifics of the case so I cant speculate on if the charges will stick and what exactly he did or if he deserves it or anything. I dont think we should get too excited just yet though. an officer reccomending the DA charge him with a felony is a long way from him getting convicted of one. I think we should all just calm down and wait and see what happens.

Even if he gets convicted (a big if considering the history of prima donna criminals) he won't get much jail time. He didn't have a deadly weapon, he is charge for incitement. That doesn't usually carry as heavy of a penalty.

Time for the NFL to suspend this punk for a year.

This guy is absolutely done. I think he'll get suspended for a year, then cut, and never find a job in the NFL agian. The only reason he isn't cut by now is the NFL players' union is very anal about teams cutting players due to off field conduct issues.
