But what about draft pick for draft picks trades? They should count. And supplemental compensatory picks should count, becuase they are not awarded for loosing players, just so that there is the minimum number of draft picks. At least this is what I am going by. Also, I guess I will included former Bears draft picks who we lost via free agency when needed.
