I think that Floyd has a higher ceiling but I think Blackmon will get more out of his own talent. Blackmon will be a better player even though Floyd has more talent. I just see Blackmon being more likely to become a master of his craft.
I'd don't think either is a great prospect though. Best in this draft yes, but I wouldn't be thrilled spending a top 15/20 pick on either.
