Hmm. Did you save "in game" or through the emulator? I played Pokemon on one a few years back that would sometimes erase your save if you saved "in game" but the emulator had a separate save under "File" that worked.

I saved in game and had no problems loading from the in game save screen until now. Now the game is just gone.

I hate saving states via the emulator. It always glitched out on me in the past.

save states are pretty safe on the snes emulator. I wouldn't advise using them on the PS emulator though. If can **** up CGI transitions and other ****.
