Default What are your GM/Front Office Exec's tendencies?

I am boosting this from FF, so we can discuss it here in depth. Feel free to post answers there if you like.

http://www.footballsfuture.com/phpBB...c.php?t=487520

-Have they shown a tendency to draft or stay away from UNDERCLASSMAN?

-Do their draft picks have a lot of production in college?

-How highly is character valued when they draft?

-Have they favored Senior Bowl guys?

-Have they shown a tendency to draft from a specific school, region or conference?

-Is there a position they favor early? Is there a position they stay away from early?

-Is there anyone in particular they've tipped their hat on early or late for the 2012 draft?

-Do they always address a unit in the draft?

-Have they shown a tendency to draft from a specific school, region or conference?

-Do they draft the guys they bring in on official visits (like the Cowboys and Bears) or do they bluff as much as possible leading up to the draft?

-Overall, how predictable are they?

-Any other information you can share?

I will post my responses presently.

You should post this in the overall draft section rather than just the Chiefs team board!

Here is my take on the Chiefs FO

-Have they shown a tendency to draft or stay away from UNDERCLASSMAN?
More a preference for seniors than avoiding underclassmen.

-Do their draft picks have a lot of production in college?
Not necessarily.

-How highly is character valued when they draft?
Very highly. Team Captain s a big deal.

-Have they favored Senior Bowl guys?
Not that I have noticed.

-Have they shown a tendency to draft from a specific school, region or conference?
SEC

-Is there a position they favor early? Is there a position they stay away from early?
They pay attention to position premium. Edge speed matters more than bulk.

-Is there anyone in particular they've tipped their hat on early or late for the 2012 draft?
No. Very tight to the vest.

-Do they always address a unit in the draft?
DB every year.

-Do they draft the guys they bring in on official visits (like the Cowboys and Bears) or do they bluff as much as possible leading up to the draft?
No pronounced tendency.

-Overall, how predictable are they?
They have turned heads.

-Any other information you can share?
Opportunistic. Value oriented. Tools and skills over production, but leadership is a desired skill.
