So I called in sick today which Im not. To make it sound good I told my boss that I went to the ER yesterday cause I felt so bad. So he told me to make sure to bring in a note from the ER tomorrow when I come in. Will **** me sideways. What should I do now?

I think you'll be fine, just say you didn't remember to go back and get a note - which I don't think the ER gives. Either way you are allowed to have sick days regardless if you went or not.
