Alphonso Smith got waived. If you can't make a team that needs CBs, then you can't play in this league. One of my man crushes that year.

Rams cut FB Ovie Mughelli, I wonder if he goes back to the falcons now?

Him and Darius Butler are two guys that got waived today that I know Ireland/Miami were high on during that draft. Miami to be looking at CBs as much as WRs on waiver wire considering we currently have more QBs (4) on the roster than CBs (3).

Right now it's looking like Miami has more picks in next year's draft than players

They might have been high on those guys back then, but the reason they're on the market now is because they're terrible.

They want to just fold up the tent and try again next year with a host of draft picks.

Oh I know, I'm just trying to figure out some of the more "obvious" players Miami might place waiver claims on. Can't go into a game with only 3 corners so they will definitely be claiming/signing at least one more, probably 2.

49ers cut Rock Cartwright. No word yet on Anthony Dixon, but with Cartwright gone, he's most likely going to make it.

Tough loss for the Redskins, safety Tanard Jackson has been informed he's been suspended indefinitely with a review in a year for violation of NFL Drug Policy. He's still trying to appeal
|
Jay Glazer tweeted that. TJ just doesn't get it....

This would be the second second rounder in the last three years to be a bust in Carolina.

They should start trading them and move up in the first if they continually miss out. Its a really bad sign that their 2nd rounder cant make it out of the preseason.
