Yep, the real refs would have made completely different awful mistakes.

I remember a game in 2004 I believe, Seahawks vs. Ravens. The Ravens were given 4 timeouts and won the game because of it. Fans have been bitching about officiating for ever. It won't change when the real refs come back.

The only difference between these guys and the other guys, is that everyone is watching the refs waiting for them to make a mistake.

Who caught the ball is not reviewable or at least that is what the announcers said.

no. just no. this is a completely different level of failure and you know it. literally every game i watched this weekend was ruined by the refs.

I think the Review Ref got it right. One of the refs called a TD on a simultaneous catch and that's not reviewable. He got it right on a technicality.

Not really. Even though the regular officials make mistakes, the ones so far in these first three weeks have been awful and sometimes downright inexcusable. Harbaugh got what, another timeout he wasn't supposed to have plus two more challenges or some ******** like that in the Vikings game. And now this is the latest blunder, and it actually cost a team a game.

But he did get it right. All he was looking at was whether the ball hit the ground or not.

I guess Cardinals could of took one for the team and lost week 1 so we could of hated the refs earlier

Half of the Cardinals players with a Twitter are gonna be fined tomorrow

The play wasn't reviewable as called only thing the guy in the booth could look at whether it was an incompletion or not, which obviously it wasn't

the replay official can only tell the ref that the play needs to be reviewed. Only the ref on the field can reverse the call. And actually, that play can't be overturned because possession can't be reviewed. What I don't understand is you have one ref signaling touchback and one ref signaling TD. How did you decided who was right?

which is why he ran up and stared at the ball pinned to the packers players chest and signaled touchdown. just simple 'human error', right? **** that, the nfl doesn't care about its fans it knows it can completely neglect officiating and still get ratings which is ******* stupid to anyone who likes watching the sport for the sake of the competitive nature and not to see some stupid ass XFL ****.

Umm, I'm sorry, I'm just stating the fact that by rule a call on the field of simultaneous possession (which I agree was the wrong call) cannot be overturned by review.
