Packers Mike Neal was suspended for the first four games for Adderall. He appealed but did not get his suspension reduced. He did get an exception for Adderall going forward.

Andre Brown of the Giants appealed and had his suspension overturned because he could provide proof of prescription for three years.

Brett Hartmann of the Texans had a similar situation to Neal and was able to get his suspension reduced from four games to three.
