If true, whoever did it (was it 3 players or 1?) should go to prison for a long time. But there are too many cases of false reporting for me to get up in arms without hearing all the facts. We don't want another Brian Banks story.

Yeah...all joking aside...sometimes you have to wait to put up the crucifix. A lot of these cases are sick ****** up acts, but there are also times where something is exaggerated or somebody gets embarrased and tries to pawn off what happened on somebody else. Not saying it didn't happen, but just going along with Killswitch.

Totally agree. What's weird is that it's almost 6 months old and no charges have been filed. So either no evidence or the powers that be pressured the police to not pursue charges.
