Every impending FA says they want to stay with their current team, are you serious right now?

Lol ok man, and every other FA will stay with their current team too because they all said they want to stay with their current team. There won't be any FAs to sign!

It has nothing to do with what he said.KC will franchise Albert then workout a long term deal.the new CBA kicks in so KC has to spend money.Hence why I see Albert staying

Are we really going to see two tight ends go in the first round?
That's pretty unusual and usually requires one tight end to be considered an "elite" prospect at the position (e.g. Vernon Davis, Kellen Winslow) and another to be a normal 1st round TE prospect.

The Chiefs have some 16 million dollars in cap space. If they cant get a long term deal they will franchise him. Andy Reid just saw his season go down the toilet when his franchise LT went down. He's not that stupid to let it happen again.

you know it's hilairious you are getting on me for saying what Albert said as a reason why I think he'll stay...HOWEVER you are doing the exact same thing with Reid and Dorsey as to why KC won't go QB at 1.So which side of the fence are you on?

I just don't see Fluker being worthy of the 22nd overall pick in the draft.

GMs and coaches don't always reveal their draft plans. Every impending FA says they want to stay. Kind of a big difference.
It's also not up to Albert if he stays in KC. It is up to the GM who gets drafted. Also a big difference

I only saw Patterson against NC State in the beginning of the season but he looked special in that game, really stood out to me. Had the same feeling about watching Ryan Matthews at Fresno and then he ended up going where he did.

I suppose they do have the "luxury" of finding Gore's eventual replacement, but I'm far from a fan.

Gives you time to teach him how to block so that when you finally do turn to him he's ready to just take over from Gore, instead of having to come out on passing downs.

Most likely wasn't till Lewan and Matthews decided to stay in school. I wouldn't be too bummed if I were a Ram's fan and they took him but me personally I'd go for some other areas and take a Kyle Long or Justin Pugh in the second.

This. Munch has already said multiple times that he thinks the only OL position worth taking in round 1 is an OT. Then to top that off we pass on one of the best players in the draft that plays a position of need. Right...

I get you theory but Gore is one of, if not the best, pass pro starting RB in the NFL and he comes out on many, approaching most, pass downs. Pass pro for the RBs has changed drastically since utilizing the zone-read, specifically the "Diamond."
